Effective date: September 23, 2025

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how KunKun LLC dba ZeyZey (“ZeyZey,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, forms, ticketing pages, Wi-Fi portals, widgets, and applications (collectively, the “Services”).
Your privacy matters to us. We strive to protect the personal and confidential data of our website visitors and registered users (“Members”) to the greatest degree possible.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, processing, transfer, storage, disclosure, and other handling of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of your country of residence, you authorize us to process your data in the United States and any other country where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws from your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., email or site notice). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
We use current industry-standard safeguards to protect sensitive information we collect from and on behalf of individuals, including website visitors and Members. We periodically review our practices against evolving standards. However, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security. Any transmission is at your own risk.

2. Types of Data

ZeyZey may obtain various types of personal data about Members and website visitors. This can include contact information (name, address, phone number, email), information about products and Services ordered or provided, payment-related information (processed by our payment partners), account credentials, information collected via cookies and analytics, images and media, and other transaction-related data.
We generally distinguish between: (i) Personally Identifiable Data and (ii) Non-Personally Identifiable Data (together, “Data”). Depending on which programs, products, or Services you choose, we may collect, store, and handle one or more of these types of Data. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

2.1 Personally Identifiable Data

2.1.1 Definition
“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be used to identify you, such as name, postal address, phone number, and email address.

2.1.2 Collection
We collect PII from individuals and businesses who use the Services, including Members who create accounts, purchase tickets or merchandise, RSVP to events, join email/SMS lists, or contact us for support or business inquiries.

2.1.3 Ownership and Retention
Your PII belongs to you. We retain PII while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer required, we delete or de-identify PII in accordance with our retention schedules (see also §10).

2.1.4 Storage and Protection; Access/Deletion Requests
We store PII using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with industry standards. You may request access, updates/corrections, deactivation of your account, or deletion of your PII by emailing zeyzey@grassfedculture.com. We will respond within 45–60 days, subject to identity verification and applicable law. Please note, deletion requests may affect our ability to continue providing certain Services (e.g., honoring tickets or refunds).

2.2 Non-Personally Identifiable Data
2.2.1 Definition
“Non-PII” includes information that does not identify you directly, such as device and usage data (e.g., access date/time, pages viewed, referrers, frequency/duration, browser/OS), approximate location derived from IP, and analytics metrics (bounce rate, pages per visit, etc.). We may link Non-PII with other information we collect.
2.2.2 Collection
We collect Non-PII from website visitors and Members via server logs, cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.
2.2.3 Storage and Protection
We store Non-PII in the United States (and where our providers operate) using reasonable safeguards appropriate for this category of data.
2.2.4 Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK users only)
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases include legitimate interests (e.g., to operate and improve the Services, ensure security), contract (to provide Services you request), consent (for non-essential cookies/marketing where required), and legal obligations. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
2.2.5 EEA/UK Data Subject Rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (see EDPB/ICO websites). To exercise rights, email zeyzey@grassfedculture.com. Because much of our data is device/browser-linked, we may request additional information to identify your records.
2.2.6 Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosure
We support the Do Not Track browser setting. When DNT is enabled, we endeavor to limit certain tracking consistent with that preference; however, third-party behavior may vary. You can also control cookies via browser settings and our cookie tools (see §6).

3. Data Stored on Local Devices

Some PII may be stored on your local device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, computer) or cached by your browser/apps. We encourage you to protect your device (e.g., passwords, OS-level encryption) and clear cached data if you share devices.

4. Sharing on Social Media and With Others

The Services may allow you to share content (e.g., events, playlists, photos) via email, messaging, or social media. We cannot control how others use information you voluntarily share through third-party platforms. Please consider carefully what you disclose. Your interactions with third-party features are governed by those parties’ privacy policies.

5. Situations Requiring Disclosure of Data

We may disclose Data:
To service providers/processors that perform services for us (e.g., hosting, ticketing, payments, email/SMS, analytics, security, customer support) under contracts limiting their use to our instructions.
